Slim is an uniquely colored gelding with a great attitude. He is a silver blue roan with a wide dorsal stripe. He is quiet and safe on the trails. He is showing a lot of ability toward the reining and is a good reining prospect for 2010. Currently in training at www.runninacres.com with Roger Johnson. He has a pleasant disposition and is eager to please. No soundness or health issues. Current on vaccinations, worming, shoeing, dental, etc. Slim's pedigree is full of World and National Champions in the reining, cowhorse, pleasure, and roping.
Slim's sire, Hollywood Hotrod, was Highpoint in the Nation in 2003 in the Jr Reining and in 2005 in the Sr Working Cowhorse and is a Medallion producing sire. Slim's grandsire, Snoopy's Smoke Tari, is a Reserve National Champion Reining Horse, a Bronze Medallion earner and producer and has earned his Bronze Production Plaque as a sire. Slim's maternal grandsire, Sundown Q, Is a World Champion Reining and Western Pleasure horse. Slim's granddam, Hollywood Honey, has earned her Bronze Production Plaque and is the dam of multiple World Champions who have earned over 800 points and numerous club awards. Slim's great grandsire, Hollywood Taps GN, is a World and National Champion reining horse. With Slim's dispostion, ability and proven pedigree he is sure to be a good one.
